What I liked

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by staff at Queens wing. I did not get the letter for my son's appointment but a sister called us early in the morning and arranged a later time for us as we had already missed the arranged time. Upon arrival we were swiftly moved to ward and briefed about rest of the procedure. All other staff was also brilliant and one doctor was very helpful in explaining and examining my son.

We felt very at ease and at each step we were fully involved in making decision. I am extremely happy with the service and thank you all for a very providing excellent service.

A big thanks, well done and keep it up.
