What I liked

The environment was airy and pleasant with easy (free) car parking. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The nursing staff were calm and efficient. The surgeon explained the procedure very well and carried it out efficiently. The nurse gave good after care ensuring I had time (with a coffee) to recover before leaving. The whole procedure was completed very promptly. I was impressed that I was contacted some days before the procedure with instructions,advice and what to expect from the procedure. My thanks to all involved.
