What I liked

From the moment I entered the day surgery unit I was treated with great respect and politeness,nothing appeared too much trouble for any of the staff.(From receiptionist thru consultant)

I was kept informed and put at ease throughout my entire procedure.

In the past I have received various surgical procedures in various hospitals both private and NHS and I can honestly say I have never been treated so well as I was in Rochdale.

It is so easy to "knock" hospital staff these days but I for one could find no fault with my care at Rochdale.
