"Disappointing, poor and unprofessional"

What I liked

I liked the english staff and some of the receptionist, i found them considerate.

What could be improved

The female dental surgeon i found was arrogant, did not think that it was appropriate that i should say anything, I felt she was racist and incompetent and i felt that she smashed my front tooth on purpose; lacked compassion and was very into herself and i hope that in the future she has to suffer with her teeth the way she made me suffer, i felt i was in the hands of a sadist. I thought that if you were in the medical profession doctor/ dentist/surgeon that in this country you were not allowed to discriminate, however this hospital has proved me wrong and i would like to say to anyone in any of these professions if you are a racist because of faith or colour that you are not fit to have a position in care. If you think you have a high I.Q and other people are not worthy of conversation, i would suggest that you are a hypocrite and you are not worthy of your position.

Anything else?

I think that this hospital needs to remind the staff that discrimination and racist behaviour is not to be tolerated and you need to remind most of your asian staff, thank you
