What I liked

I stayed in ward 15 for 12 days in July after renal failure. I was extremely impressed by the professional and caring attitudes of all the medical staff. Hygiene was very important and I had total confidence in them all throughout my stay. There was a very good, positive working atmosphere in the ward.

The non-medical staff also worked extremely hard at maintaining high standards.
