What I liked
I attended a prenatal session in the Women's Health Physiotherapy department (referred there by the Maternity department). Our physiotherapist was excellent - reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt really well informed and the session was incredibly useful. An excellent service.
In addition, the staff on the physiotherapy reception desk were very friendly and welcoming, which helped to create an overall positive experience. Thank you very much!
What could be improved
The communication between the hospital departments (I had initially been told by staff in the maternity department that I didn't need to book this session but then found out too late that I did - luckily there was a cancellation so I got in!)
Anything else?
Fantastic free service. Also great to find out that I can self-refer to the Physiotherapy department if I have any pre or post natal problems.
"A really positive and reassuring session."
