What I liked

The whole experience was exceptionally slick from admittance through to discharge. Post operative care was exceptional. Anyone in my ward who developed a problem was dealt with swiftly with the whole care team kept Informed so that shift changeover insured that issues were fully monitored and controlled. Five star treatment. Food excellent plenty of tea and water available,free wifi /tv and telephone. Nothing too much trouble great team.

What could be improved

Difficult to know who "s who sometimes. Would be great if everyone could just introduce themselves and their role and let us know when is the best time to ask questions and also the purpose of ward rounds and what to expect, can we discuss anything? Or is this more for the medical team
