I am the carer of someone who was recently admitted to Ward B3 of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for treatment of anaemia. The whole experience was very good, from the standard of medical and nursing care to the general cleanliness of the hospital. The staff were professional, and yet at the same time were very friendly.
The only improvement that could be made is that the time waiting on the ward for prescriptions could be shortened, as the length of time we had to wait was far too long.
Thank you to all the nursing staff and doctors on ward B3.
