"I was waiting for a long time for my appointment"

(as the patient),

I think the consultants or booking people should be more aware of the time that clients have to wait to be seen and leave more of gap in-between bookings. I was waiting for a long time.

I am sorry that your experience of our services was influenced by the length of time that you had to wait to see the Consultant. We do try wherever possible to deliver our appointments at the specified time, but occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, this might not be achieveable, due to an emergency which may arise, or the needs of an individual being far greater than the appointment time allocated.

However, thank you for your comments ,which will be brought to the attention of the staff of Clinical Assessment Services, and responded too.
