(as the patient),

My referral to the clinic took 6-8 weeks - I didn’t have a choice of services or locations. I felt that clinic environment was very good and the reception staff were ok.

With regards the time period from referral to the clinic, along with the lack of choice of services or locations, both these points should be taken up with your GP, as this is not the responsibility of Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.

However, thank you for your comments in relation to the clinic environment and the service provided by the reception staff, which I will ensure is passed on.
