(as the patient),

I think the ladies toilets need to have some hooks on the back of the doors, as I don’t think it is appropriate or safe to have to leave your handbag on the floor.

However, very smooth, on time, pleasant surroundings, everyone was very courteous.

Thank you for your very positive comments regarding your experience of our Clinical Assessment Services, which I will pass onto the relevant staff.

With regards to your comments about the hooks in the ladies toilets, this has been passed onto the Buildings Manager , who is in the process of actioning this as soon as possible.
