What I liked
I was not actually the patient - my Mum was at the hospital for three weeks in July and for various periods of time during this year.
The hospital itself was clean, tidy and very well run. The staff were exceptional - Mum was looked after extremely well in every way. She was treated with respect and dignity all the time.
Mum was listened to and talked to properly by all the staff, she was happy whilst she was in hospital, even though she was in pain she never complained. The staff were wonderful and I thank them for the care they took of my Mum.
For every complaint voiced about the NHS there are several hundred people who are treated well - these comments are not publicised enough.
"Excellent in every way - Conditions, Cleanliness..."
