"Exceptional"

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

What I liked

I had been recalled for a repeat Mamagram at a mobile unit and was then recalled to the assessment centre. As you can imagine I was out of my mind. The staff at the Nightingale Centre at Wythenshawe were all lovely and so professional. My anxieties were allayed by the way I was treated and dealt with. Thankfully my news was good news.

What could be improved

Nothing really. Everything was just so right for me. Airy waiting area with a lovely coffee bar. Very relaxing place. Perhaps newer magazines. .

Anything else?

My visit although anxious was superb. Nothing was too much for anyone. I was dealt with with dignity and as a person not just a number. Thank you go all the staff that dealt with me.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on the NHS Choices website. Your comments have been forwarded to the staff in the Nightingale Centre who I know are always appreciative when a patient or relative gives such positive feedback.

Kind regards

The Patient Experience Team
