What I liked

I liked best that the maternity staff cared. They were compassionate and understanding and I appreciated their full attention. I didn't feel patronised at any point. It was my first baby and I felt like I was in good hands. They had a shift change during my labour and the midwife that was with me for the first part of the shift came to visit me in the ward the next day to check I was okay and meet my baby - I was stoked.

What could be improved

My experience was so positive there's in nothing that comes to mind.
