Anything else?
As a relative I was appalled at the sloppiness and poor service that my husband has once again received in Patience ward at this hospital. With one or two exceptions the staff are off-hand, casual, lack communcation skills and respect. The ward was untidy and basic care and consideration for the patients was sadly lacking.
