What I liked

* Male and female sections of the MAU ward.

* Caring, friendly and efficient staff.

* Dealt with and cared for quickly.

* Felt like a person, not a number.

* Staff worked very hard.

* I was involved in all decisions about my care.

What could be improved

* More staff needed, as those on duty are grossly overworked - they didn't even have time to eat, drink or go to the toilet!
