What I liked

This was just last visit in the hospital. I have been there in recent year several times on different wards. I have to say that the staff is exceptionally good, treatment more than good. Now I awaiting CABG and thou I am afraid, because I have many other conditions, I am 1005 sure that this is the place where I can trust every single person, from the receptionist, cleaner to the doctors and surgeons. I highly recommend BRI (BHI) in Bristol. Thank you for all you have done for me so far.

What could be improved

As I said above there is no need for improvement from my point of view. Of course many may say that new methods and new ways may be developed for the benefits of the patients, but this applies to all "medical" places.
