"staff horrible and obnoxious at a&e"

What I liked

the triage nurse seemed nice enough and friendly to my son.

What could be improved

the "lady" at the reception was very obnoxious, my son had suffered a head injury and i had already rang 111 for advice and i was told to go straight to a&e and explain that my son must be seen within the hour, the woman at the desk sniggered at this and told me that id heard wrong, when i said i hadnt she was even more obnoxious.

Anything else?

i have had many unpleasant experiences with this hospital, frankly the "customer service" is a disgrace, if you want to be treated better i suggest going to a vet instead.
