What I liked

I initially had appointment in April when I found a lump which was very diagnosed as a breast cyst and was dealt with immediately. My mind was put at ease within the first 5 minutes of my visit , I couldn't have got better treatment first class thank you. My second appointment with another Consultant, was 90mins late but I don't mind being 8hrs late but I was the last patient on a very hot day and I'm still not sure if I've been discharged from further app !

What could be improved

More staff to deal with the less serious appointments
