(as a relative),

Today, my husband went for a Gastroscopy, not something that he was looking forward to.

We attended East Surrey Hospital and we couldn't speak more highly of the staff who looked after him. From the lovely nurse, who put his mind at rest about what was going to happen, to the people who performed the procedure, all were professional, and pleasant. They are a credit to their profession.

What a shame that they have to work under such pressure.
