I have been getting treatment for a longtime now and for the last two years I have been working fulltime. Recently my leg started to swell and I came to the clinic on the wednesday and they got me an appointment at the hospital on friday which was pretty quick.
Whilst this has been going on I have been off work and I now need a sicknote I thought that the doctor here would be able to give me but I now know that is not the case and I will have to see my own doctor.
I wish I had known this sooner as I am now worried that I will not be able to get a sicknote back dated and this could affect my job.
