"Impressed by staff at outpatient clinic 7"

I recently had an out patients appointment at Clinic 7 University Hospital Aintree.

The appointment was on time, which was always a bonus, but what really made the experience was the help and support of HCA Lauren Delamere. She was very professional, and could not be more helpful.

I needed a slot for surgery, she phoned and organized this and kept me informed through the process. She was very friendly supportive, and nothing was too much trouble.

She is an asset to the Aintree team.
