"The Home Treatment team"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Crisis resolution

(as the patient),

I was really down and feeling depressed. My GP put my family in contact with Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment team at Louth. They came to see me and talked to me and listened to me tell them my problem.

After I had told them what problems I had they reassured me they would help me, they were absolutely brilliant, I cannott thank them enough.

PS - They are great people.
