"GP Services and blood tests"

About: Community Health Services / Phlebotomy Knowsley PCT

(as the patient),

Attended mid August for a blood test as directed by my GP, returned to the GP on the 9 days later only to be advised he could not view the results on his screen, no explanation given as to why they were not visable.

Returned the day after the visit to my GP for 2nd blood test due to lost originals, waited 10 minutes, very good service from Anne at manor Farm Surgery Liverpool.

Overall not satisfied why no effort was made to ascertain why the blood results could not be viewed and it has casued me 4 visits to the surgery instead of two.
