"Appointment & treatment at North Tyneside General"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

(as the patient),

I went for an appointment today to see one of the nurses who I'd spoken to on the phone previous to my appointment, they seemed friendly and down to earth.

I went in and they were all outgoing and really helpful. One nurse/Sister in particular made a big impression. G. Brown on ward 1, couldn't have been seen by a more friendly and down to earth woman, she knew what she was talking about and made me comfortable and I felt like I could tell her anything. Couldn't fault her at all. Would definitely recommend her and her ward's services.

I've had past experiences at another hosital and they wern't pleasant but would be more then happy to go back to ward one at north tyneside! : D
