What I liked

I had to attend for a very intimate scan procedure to check my fallopian tubes were clear and was understandably extremely anxious. There were 3 ladies who did the procedure. They worked extremely well together. They respected and retained my dignity as far as possible. One of the ladies did an excellent job of talking to me and distracting me whilst the procedure was going on. I really couldn't have asked for better.

What could be improved

Sadly, my previous experience for a slightly different scan (internal ultrasound) was big a contrast. The lady performing the scan took no care to minimise my discomfort and treated me like an object, barely even looking at me and she did not interact with me . Her assistant was lovely, but the sonographer most definitely was not.
