What I liked
On Thursday 2nd August I had an appointment the OT and another staff member, I just wanted them to know how really professionally... but equally importantly.... really personally, I was treated..
I felt time was not of an issue and that their prime importance was me, my understanding and my well-being.. and I was so really grateful for having the opportunity to talk openly.. and possibly again very personally... about my condition (early Parkinsons)... where I'm at ... and such an encouraging perspective for my future - especially knowing that people like them are "there for me"... Thanks also to your volunteer - a really lovely lady.
Like everybody, I expect you come "in for some stick" sometimes - but don't you believe it... you're wonderful!!!..... and thank you again. David.
What could be improved
Everything was perfectly o.k...
Anything else?

"Wonderful caring, encouraging, personal and..."
