What I liked

I attended after severe but short heart pain. My preliminary assessment was carried out promptly and in the space of only two hours I had a blood test and the results, an ECG and its interpretation, a chest X-Ray and expert review, a thorough physical examination, and an overall assessment of my condition and report by the Doctor in charge.

I was able to leave fully informed and re-assured that I had nothing to worry about.

What could be improved

I do not think I could have received better service anywhere.

Anything else?

If you are unfortunate enough to need A & E attention my experience was that the PAH in Harlow is a very good place to go.

We are currently making huge investments in terms of the care we give to all our service users, with particular focus on waiting times in the Emergency department. It’s great to hear you were seen promptly, felt re-assured and overall happy with the care that you received during your visit.
