I was a patient on the gynaecology ward C31 for the removal of an ovarian cyst. The best thing about my visit was the consultant who i saw on the gynaecology ward - he was extremely courteous and attentive, and he took the trouble to explain the procedure to me.
However, things would have been improved if the nurses were as attentive as the doctors. I received no help from them in getting to and from the toilet after my operation, and they sat talking all night when we were trying to get to sleep.
