"My upsetting first pregnancy 25 years ago"

My experience was 25 years ago. It was a horrible, abusive and traumatic experience, and I still have nightmares about it. The only reason I didn't pursue legal action is because I was about to move overseas, but I still regret that I did not. I hope you do not dismiss this story because of the time that has elapsed. It might help professionals to know the effect that abusive and misleading behaviour can have on patients for the rest of their lives. If there was one good thing that came out of it, I had three more children at home, without any things "done to me" that I didn't want. They are all healthy. My first one is only healthy because I took good care of myself, I always do. All the staff who treated me did was upset me and ruin what should have been a happy time in my life.
