What could be improved

bring back A&E and other important services, the hospital is more like a doctors surgery than a hospital now, its lacking in vital services that local residents need. In an emergency one could die within half an hour, yet we are now expected to travel to watford in an emergency which can take far longer than that. You are playing with people's lives!

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the services available at the Urgent Care Centre.

The centre at Hemel Hempstead Hospital provides a 24-hour service and treats all minor illnesses and injuries, including sprains, strains, fractures, wounds and burns. The A&E Department at Watford provides a full emergency service, including specialist major trauma treatment.
