What I liked

Timely and professional attention, prompt access to X-Ray and immediate feedback. Involvement of senior consultant to confirm diagnosis. On the spot appointment to fracture clinic, where I was seen within 3 days

What could be improved

No idea of length of queue or how long I might have to wait, which led to some noisy grumbling from other patients.

Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased that we exceeded your expectations when attending for treatment. We are sorry that you were not aware of how long the waiting time to be seen was when you attended. We aim to update an information board by the Triage room with waiting times, however due to the number of patients attending times can vary. However, thank you for raising this and we are looking at a system that will regularly update patients on the waiting times. Lead Nurse, Emergency Care.
