What I liked
My visit to Cirencester NHS Treatment Centre was exceptional! I was so impressed with the service from the initial appointment right through to the aftercare, after my surgery.
I am still staggered how quickly I was home. Everything ran very smoothly and they were so organised. My medication was ready and waiting when I got there! I didn't have to wait when I was discharged.
Exceptionally impressed when I was being checked in that both the anaesthetist and nurse were there so that they didn't go through the same questions twice.
And I got a lovely call on Monday to check I was OK.
What could be improved
Nothing.
