What I liked

Staff were very friendly and caring in both A&E and ward 15. For once, the hospital food was also particularly good.

What could be improved

The wait time for transfer to the Caludon Centre was unacceptable and resulted in a big waste of beds in the A&E unit.

Thank you for providing feedback on the care you received within the Emergency Department of University Hospital and subsequentyly on Ward 15. You have given positive experience of both the care and food and I will ensure that this feedback is passsed to staff in the department and our catering teams as they both love to hear when they have been commended.

I'm disappointed to hear about your waiting time to access the Caludon Centre which I have passed to my colleagues at the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust as they are responsible for running the Centre.
