What I liked

I attended Bradwell Hospital Phlebotomy Clinic, following a previous attempt to draw blood at my GP surgery had failed. I found the hospital was easy to find and very accessible with plentiful parking. The clinic itself was well sign posted, the waiting area was clean and quiet and the waiting time was much shorter than I have experienced at other phlebotomy clinics.

I have always had poor veins and I am slightly nervous when it comes to needles, so I was slightly apprehensive upon arriving at the clinic but the short waiting time and the highly professional manner of the phlebotomist put me completely at ease. The phlebotomist was able to find my vein and take blood on the first attempt (this has never happened before) and following the test there was minimal bleeding and no bruising. I was in and out within 10 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. I will certainly be returning here should I need more blood tests in the future.
