"Faultless"

What I liked

For nearly 2 years my son has been treated by Gloucester following a road accident. At ALL stages he has received excellent care both on the ward and as an outpatient.

As his mother, I feel that the staff have treated me with respect, listened to any input I offered and been considerate of how difficult this situation can be for the family.

Recently, my son reported a pain issue which he wasn't sure was 'worth making a fuss about'. The team wasted not time in taking him seriously and as a result he is having further surgery soon. Their response at every stage has been excellent.

We now live about 50 miles from Gloucester hospital but are not moving to our local one as the care at Gloucester has been 1st rate and we do not wish to upset the apple cart by moving.

What could be improved

Nothing. Service has been faultless throughout.
