I visited the orthopaedic unit of the Nottingham City Hospital with shoulder pain. I felt that the hospital did little to keep me informed of the situation regarding my case. Unless I kept phoning to enquire about the progress of my case, I think that I would have been overlooked. There was an obvious lack of communication between departments, so this did not help matters either.
However, when I did see members of staff, I was treated with courtesy.
