"Excellent care, always treated with respect and..."

What I liked

I have been under the care of one of the Orthopaedic teams at QA for the last 3 years, having been transferred (my choice) from another local hospital. The care at QA has always been exceptional, from the outpatient department, admissions staff, pre-op, theatre and recovery team and ward D5 including nursing and house-keeping staff. The Consultant always gives quality time discussing my care with me, the fracture clinic may be an hour behind, but you don't mind when you know they spend time with each patient! I would recommend this department and hospital to anyone undergoing orthopaedic treatment.

What could be improved

Day Surgery waiting area/pre-op booking in, this is simply due to lack of space.
