The appointment was fine.

What could be improved

The main contact telephone number is very hit or miss if anyone answers the phone.

I've been told by details had been sent out and then the complete opposite by another

I've been waiting close to 2 months for a letter to be sent to my local GP and still no answer as to when this will be sent.
