What I liked

My wife & I would like to thank all of the staff involved with the birth of our son. They made a potentially stressfull time as relaxed as possible. We would especially like to thank our birthing midwife who was a very calming & reassuring influence through out the whole process. Also the person on reception who went out of her way to find wheelchair for my wife when we arrived eventually having to go to the ambulances to find one.

What could be improved

More access to wheelchairs at main reception
