What I liked

Every member of staff from the car park attendant to the Consultant was caring and considerate in the extreme and went out of their way to make the necessary visit as comfortable as possible. They worked together seamlessly and I could not have been more impressed, they even went to great and patient lengths to achieve the removal of my wedding ring without having to resort to cutting it off and this was much appreciated.

What could be improved

The long wait at clinic appointments was unfortunate but I fully understood the reasons for this.
