I went to the Sheffield Royal Hallamshire's Emergency Admissions Unit (EAU) with respiratory problems and found that the service at the hospital was very good. All staff gave expert professional care.
However, the out of hours access to a doctor needs a rethink, as the prospect of waiting between 2 and 3 hours just for a callback is unacceptable.
