What I liked

I had to visit accident and emergency this afternoon when my 21 month old daughter cut her head during a fall, it was a deep cut and I was panic stricken. I was shocked as to how quickly we were seen and treated, the receptionist hurried me through, a paramedic was on his way in and helped and advised me, I was rushed through triage and then seen and treated immediately. I found all the staff to be thorough, compassionate and calming. I felt I was advised well at every point and my daughters treatment was exceptional. I cannot thank them enough. I can only imagine how difficult their jobs can be at times yet they were wonderful.

Thank you to everyone involved in my child's care today, you were all amazing.
