What I liked

I was referred for Physiotherapy for a long term shoulder problem in April 2012.

What could be improved

Very poor diagnosis and rehabilitation of my shoulder problem.

Anything else?

Had to go to the top of the medical hierarchy to establish the patient care expectation I was expected to receive. To date I was not given any physiotherapy since my referral in April 2012. I wanted to withdraw from the referral in early July 2012 because of this, but was then advised to meet a senior clinician for this department who would only offer an injection which I duly rejected a few weeks ago.

If this is the standard of our NHS please go abroad or pay for your treatment privately.
