Wonderful hospital with hard working and dedicated staff

I brought in my 80 year old friend who was suffering from a suspected TIA. We rang ahead and when we arrived the staff were waiting for us. My friend had wonderful treatment from caring and hard working staff. Sadly this all changed the minute he was transferred to Kings Mill Hospital - he was left on a trolley for 6 hours before being discharged at 11pm and left alone in reception awaiting a lift.

What have we done to lose such a wonderful facility as Newark Hospital? Who made these idiotic changes to healthcare in Newark?

I cannot speak too highly of staff and facilities at Newark and am only sorry that little by little our healthcare is being eroded by mindless executives.
