What I liked
my mother was admitted with a stroke to the queens square hospital at 86 she could so easily have been overlooked or seemed a hopeless case. The staff at this hospital were the most caring professional and dedicated i have ever encountered, the care and patience shown to my mother was exemplary and i can't recommend this hospital highly enough. My mother was in this hospital when she had her first stroke 7 years ago and the standard of care then was as good as today which shows remarkable consistency.Thank you so much from all my family to all the staff.
What could be improved
I don't think there was anything more the hospital staff or management could do.
Anything else?
As a family we struggled at times to come to terms with our mothers illness and the staff on the ward were very compassionate and made time for us, gave us very detailed and ongoing information whenever we asked.
"We owe our mothers life to this hospital"
