What I liked

The care, committment and dedication of all the members of staff that I came into contact with, medical or otherwise. I could not have received better care.

What could be improved

The use of earphones when patients were using the television!

Anything else?

I faced the prospect of surgery with enormous trepidation but thanks to the care and support that I received in hospital, my experience was so much better than I had anticipated.
