I have been admitted several times in 2007 and twice in Jan 2008 for an ongoing medical problem, which I need hospital treatment for 2-5 days on a flare up.
The Medical Ward at the West Cornwall Hospital is superb, clean wards and ALL the Staff are very friendly and caring.
The care my Family has received is second to none, especially during the ward closure to visitors due to the sickness bug, any phone enquiry delt in a very informative and friendly manor.
What was most important to me was that my dignity was respected and was informed about my treatment eash step of the way.
