What I liked

I was referred here by the Hallamshire and as someone who is terrified of dentists, I was made to feel safe and cared for

What could be improved

Making sure patients are seen in order. I was kept waiting a long time on one visit because patient notes had been mixed up and a lady went in before me. The staff apologised but I had a very long wait because of the mix up.

Anything else?

I've found the staff at CC more personable than local dentists, much friendlier and considerate.....Maybe they could teach local ones how that is done
