"One word is sufficient Outstanding"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

What I liked

I was told by my GP that there could a problem which needed to be investicated asap due to some variation in blood tests. As a 80 year old with a morbid dread of hospitals I was to say the least very apprehensive but I can only praise the outstanding attention I received it seemed like a well rehearsed play starting with blood presure, xray.cat scan another blood test etc. The various Doctors who kept me informed of what was required were masters of putting me at ease and fortunately some 6 hours later was told everything was ok.

I entered the A&E department feeling a down but left at least 10 yrs younger or so it seemed.

My sincere thanks to all involved including the players behind the scene.

George S Davies
